Service Manager
Katie joined Sunshine Care after a wealth of experience in the care sector . She is responsible for the general operation of the Nursing Agency. She ensures all contractual obligations are met and ensures continuous development and business growth.

Recruitment Consultant
Danielle and Angie oversees the whole recruitment process for agency workers and permanent candidates.  They are responsible for ensuring that we receive references, an enhanced CRB check, and for ensuring that all candidates have been interviewed and completed their induction training before they are allowed to undertake assignments. They assist social care workers with finding suitable employment, whilst working with clients to find suitable candidates for permanent positions according to business needs
 

Marketing Consultant
Emma is responsible for building client relationships and marketing our services. Emma comes from a nursing background and is constantly striving to improve the services that we provide.

Training
Tara ensures that all staff are up to date with their training, enhanced CRB checks, references, full work history, appraisals, continual professional development plans and all documentation are obtained.
